FitProW Shipping and Delivery Policy

FitProW is committed to delivering your fitness products and gym equipment securely and promptly. This policy outlines our shipping methods, delivery timelines, and associated costs.

1. Shipping Options and Costs

  • Standard Shipping: We offer standard shipping on all orders, with estimated delivery times between 7  to 10 days, depending on your location.
  • Expedited Shipping: Expedited options are available at an additional cost, with delivery times between 7 to 10 days.
  • Shipping Costs Calculation: Shipping fees are calculated based on order weight, destination, and shipping method chosen and will be displayed at checkout.

2. Order Processing Time

  • Processing Time: Orders are processed within 7 to 10 days after purchase.
  • Order Confirmation: After placing an order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details. A follow-up email with tracking information will be sent once your order is shipped.

3. Order Tracking

  • Tracking Information: Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order status through the carrier’s website.
  • Order Status Updates: For any delays or changes to the estimated delivery time, FitProW will notify you via email.

4. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

  • Lost or Delayed Shipments: If your order is delayed or missing, please contact us within 1 to 7  days from the expected delivery date, and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
  • Damaged Shipments: If your package arrives damaged, please notify us immediately with photos of the damage. We will initiate a claim with the carrier and arrange a replacement or refund.

5. International Shipping and Customs

  • Customs Fees and Taxes: International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the original purchase price or shipping cost.
  • Customs Delays: Some international shipments may experience delays due to customs. FitProW is not responsible for any delays caused by customs procedures.

6. Undeliverable Packages

  • Incorrect Addresses: FitProW is not responsible for packages undeliverable due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Additional fees may apply for re-shipping.
  • Unclaimed Packages: If a package is returned to us because it was unclaimed or refused, FitProW reserves the right to charge return shipping fees or other handling costs.
